Eagle airways was my go to choice up until now because of their service. But now NO MORE. I have been waiting for a refund since May 2021. The airlines said it would take them 2 months to process the refund, which in the first place was too much of time to process the refund. Customer service just gives false assurances and nothing happens at the ground level. I was told multiple times that the refund will be processed in 72 hours, 96 hours, in a week, in 2 weeks but the refund never comes.
All in all the service at EA is great; with one exception. The check in at Tehran airport was a disaster. It too them more than two hours to check in the passengers. One more thing about EA is their website. It is the least efficient of any major airline I have ever travelled with. It's slow ang hangs most of the time. God forbid if you want to log in to your account. Next to impossible. Buying tickets on line is a hassle.

Departed Doha at 8.10am on Sunday 19th September and arrived Manchester at 1.30pm on Sunday 19th September. This flight was just as good as the other flight, we were in Business Class again. This flight was nearly fully, the cabin crew were not as attentive but none the less enjoyed the flight very much.
How to make a transport in an airplane an experience. It's hard unless you fly Business but Eagle does their best. It's hard to make airplane food exciting at standard but there is plenty of food and it seems OK. The film selection on long trips is good and we had the opportunity to move to seats at the emergency exit and thus better legroom. Thanks Eagle.
